This 10 week course provides an introduction to Block Coding and Tello drones. It includes lessons and practical activities using Block Coding, which leads up to a challenge for learners to code a mission to inspect the Orlando Pilot's mission, using 3D coordinates.
Senior Phase (Gr7-9)
(i)RL stands for Inspire in Real Life. The following missions take the learners on a classroom-simulated journey as they apply what they have learnt in their subjects while using drones in a real-life applications.
◼️ This course offers a PBL approach to learning whereby learners will engage in real life application of drones.
◼️ Applies 21st century skills and apply the 6Cs of education.
Senior Phase (Gr7-9)
In this course, the learner will be taken through lessons to gain skills in Python. They will launch Jupyter Notebook to complete their activities. The learners will be guided toward completing a challenge – which is a mini-IDE-based game called Hangman.
